Tinnitus is a buzzing or ringing sound in your ear which can be constant or intermittent. For some people, it can be extremely difficult to live with. Hearing aids are sometimes helpful as they can help to mask the tinnitus. Relaxation is also a way to reduce your awareness of the noise.
